While most users find it easier to just use email, our support forums are a really good place to search for similar questions that might have been asked in the past.
The forums are also a useful place to discuss possible enhancements to our software. You may find that many others agree with you!
Email is the easiest way to get in contact us, and we make every effort to respond in a timely fashion. Generally, email inquiries from registered users are handled the same business day. It may occasionally be longer.
Please note that when we get useful or interesting support questions we receive by email, we may paraphrase or quote them (anonymously) on our support forums, for the benefit of other users who may have similar questions. If for any reason you don't want us to do that, please let us know.
